Pruning Blackberries
The picture and the video shows how we prune our blackberries, pruning blackberries is easy, when u have a thornless variety like we do. We just cut out the old growth, which is the darker, dead looking canes, and we cut out the smaller weaker canes, then we cut the others back to about 5 or 6 feet tall. We tie them up with old hay ropes to our t posts.
